2019-Present: City Council gives URB a 9-month deadline

Ultimatum to make progress on the last two city-owned parcels on 11th street by June 2020.

ARA Fact: While ARA has a focus on working with longtime residents, data indicates that the highest concentration of those who reside in the area are between the ages of 25-29, making up 17.7% of the total population. As well, there appears to be a slightly higher concentration of young males and older females. The average income of residents in the area is between <$10k – $25k with a median income of $55.8K.
